The Rev up for Reading Initiative will run from Sunday, March 1 through Sunday, March 15.  The goal is to get the students reading for 20 minutes a day at home for the 2 weeks. The class that reads the most over the 2 week period will receive a popcorn and movie party. Studies show the more students read the more they achieve.  This is designed as a fun way to get students to read and is done in conjunction with Read Across America and Dr. Seuss' Birthday that will occur in March.
